Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing, I drive general marketing operations, content strategy, and management of the content, web development, and email marketing teams.

​

  • Oversee the planning, production, execution, and maintenance for marketing launches, partner websites, and social media platforms

  • Assist with high-level strategy and oversee day-to-day execution for email marketing and content teams, ensuring innovation, quality, and compliance

  • Work cross-functionally on new company initiatives including product launches, special committees, enterprise, and process optimizations

  • Ensure quality of new products for launches or enhancements, testing functionality, verifying CRM,  and debugging or escalating issues

  • Develop SOPs and best practices to streamline processes, create consistency, and reduce errors

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on university branding and gatekeeper for content across channels including SEO, paid search, paid social, and design

  • Partner with VP, Marketing on staff workload and forecasting to establish new roles, interview, hire, and onboard — helping grow the department from 2 to over 50 team members in 3 years

Promoted after 7 months to add to my existing responsibilities and manage a content manager.

  • Project manage marketing launches, ensuring all teams and assets were on schedule and adhered to requirements

  • Worked together with content manager to oversee strategy and assist with creation of social media, website, and marketing content, and online reputation management

  • Managed partner WordPress websites, serving as the point person to execute website edits, page additions, and the creation of new landing pages

  • Helped onboard first email marketing manager hire, partnering with them to switch to a new ESP and expand our email marketing efforts through additional touch points, drip campaigns, optimized content, and automated workflows

  • Partnered cross-functionally with sales and student support teams to manage the communication email templates in CRM, creating and editing templates as needed

Joined Trilogy as the second marketing team hire to contribute to the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of Trilogy’s digital marketing and social media efforts

  • Launched social media presence for university partners, creating all content and managing social communities

  • Created all web content and subpage design layouts to launch the first organic/multi-page websites for our programs, working with graphic designer and external dev team

  • Launched B2C email marketing to our internal database of prospective students and optimized and expanded upon existing email templates for sales team

  • Handled online review management, tracking and replying to reviews

MEDIA CONNECT PARTNERS - SUNRISE, FL

Reporting directly to the CEO, I led the continued social and digital strategy for top MCP clients, managing high profile accounts and social media communities with followers in the tens of millions, producing over 1.5B monthly impressions.

  • Launched social media presence for anti-bullying movement. Built active follower base leading up to a series of live webcasts. Social drove 50% of all web traffic. Live events reached 1.2M students

  • Led social media strategy to increase engagement for a high profile motivational speaker,  increasing total interactions by 755% within seven months

  • Led social media strategy to reengage TV network audience, increasing interactions across platforms by an average of 1,500% and website traffic by 311% in six months

Promoted after one year to manage the team of four content specialists at MCP
